Light face washing and makeup are possible from the day of treatment. When cleansing, roll gently to minimize irritation.
Temporary reactions are normal
Depending on the individual, temporary redness, mild swelling, or warmth may occur. These are normal reactions that usually subside within a few hours.
Sun protection is a must
To protect sensitized skin and prevent pigmentation, apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) thoroughly when going out.
Focus on moisturizing and regeneration
Skin may feel temporarily dry after treatment. Apply moisturizing or regenerating cream more generously than usual to protect the skin barrier.
Avoid excessive heat, alcohol, and smoking
Avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, alcohol, and smoking for at least one week, as they can interfere with collagen regeneration.
How does XERF work?
XERF delivers high-density radiofrequency (RF) energy into the dermis to create controlled thermal stimulation. The heat contracts denatured collagen for immediate tightening, and new collagen forms over time for progressively firmer skin.
How painful is it?
Most patients feel warmth rather than stinging, and the treatment is comfortably performed after numbing cream is applied. Energy levels are finely adjusted throughout the session based on how your skin responds.
When do results appear and how long do they last?
