The under-eye area has very thin skin, and if a high-density filler component is injected superficially, there is a relatively high risk of the Tyndall effect (bluish appearance) or uneven nodules. Therefore, for this area, we recommend using thinner and softer specialized fillers or other methods instead of Ellanse.
