There may be limitations with just Shurink. Shurink does not directly dissolve fat but works on the SMAS layer (muscle layer) at a depth of 4.5mm to lift sagging fat upwards, so if there is a lot of fat, the line may not be distinctly defined with Shurink alone. Therefore, if there is a lot of fat, it is advisable to consult about combining it with fat reduction treatments.
