Light cleansing and makeup can be done
You may wash your face and wear light makeup from the day of treatment. When cleansing, roll gently to minimize irritation.
Temporary reactions
Depending on the individual, mild redness, slight swelling, or a warm sensation may occur after treatment. These are normal signs that the thermal energy has been effectively delivered and usually subside within a few hours.
Sun protection is essential
Your skin will be more sensitive to UV rays after treatment. To prevent pigmentation and ensure safe recovery, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher every 2–3 hours—even indoors.
Moisturizing and regeneration care are important
Strong thermal energy may cause temporary dryness. Apply ample moisturizer or recovery cream to protect the skin barrier, which also enhances lifting results and improves skin texture.
Avoid excessive heat exposure
To prevent inflammation and maintain results, avoid activities that raise body temperature for at least one week—such as saunas, hot baths, steam rooms, or intense workouts.
Avoid activities that irritate the skin
Do not rub or press the treated area, and avoid exfoliants or peeling products. For 1–2 weeks, use only gentle cleansers and basic skincare products.
Refrain from alcohol and smoking
Alcohol and smoking can trigger inflammation and interfere with collagen regeneration. For optimal recovery, refrain for at least 1 week—ideally 2 weeks.
